Whatever you
think, please leave some feedback!
Few people see our books
before ordering. We put pictures on this website, but that's never quite
the same as picking up a book and looking at it.
Therefore, trust is
crucial to what we do. New customers must ask themselves: "If I give
these people my credit-card details, how do I know they'll send me
anything? How do I know the books will be as well-edited and well-produced
as they claim?" - and yes, online purchases are occasionally
disappointing. So now, in common with other online shops, we are inviting
our customers to post feedback: positive, neutral or negative.
Leaving Feedback needs to
be quick and easy, otherwise no one will bother. You can complete our
simple form in seconds. It asks just three questions - you can add a
comment if you wish.
Feel free to e-mail us
separately about shipping times. Although the mail is outside our control
we try to monitor delivery times. We complain when there are delays, as
there have been in the past few months to customers in the US.
Customers who post
comments will be identified only by their country. We have numbered the
comments in case we need to trace the source in our records. Under British
consumer law it's illegal to invent customer feedback!
